Terms and Conditions: Contests/Giveaways

These terms and conditions apply to any contests/giveaways administered by Kind Socks AB. Participation in any Kind Socks contest/giveaway is free of charge and free of obligation to acquire or use any products with payment. By taking part in the contests, participants declare themselves in agreement with the rules of the contest:

PARTICIPATION

Individuals wishing to be eligible for the draw must have taken part in the contest and must have followed all contest rules. You may participate if you are 15 years of age or older, or the age required by law. Winners will be determined by a jury set by Kind Socks. The draw will take place at the end of the contest period. Kind Socks employees, representatives, their respective subsidiaries and/or affiliates, members of their households and their immediate families are not eligible. No obligation to purchase applies.

CONTEST SUBMISSION

By submitting any content such as pictures, videos, captions, texts etc., in correlation with a Kind Socks contest or giveaway, participants grant Kind Socks and its affiliated companies a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to edit and use the content for all marketing and advertising purposes, including but not limited to: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Tumblr, WeChat, LinkedIn, Weibo and www.kindsockwear.com. This license can also be shared by Kind Socks and its affiliated companies to third-party collaborators for the purpose of promoting products under the Kind Socks brand.

If a participant is under 18 years old, he/she guarantees that they have parental consent. Furthermore, participants certify that the content submitted does not violate any rights of a third party or any law.

DISQUALIFICATION FROM CONTEST

Kind Socks is entitled to exclude participants from the contest if there is justifiable evidence for doing so, (e.g. infringement against the rules, influencing the contest or manipulation etc.).

SELECTING & INFORMING WINNER(S)

Contributions submitted to contests will be judged on their creativity and originality unless otherwise specified. Once the winners have been determined, they shall be informed via email or direct message on a social media medium. Winners are required to respond within 7 days to submit the address for the prize to be delivered. Otherwise, their prize shall be forfeited. All jury decisions are final.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

Any personal data that participants provide to Kind Socks, in connection to contests, will be saved by Kind Socks. Kind Socks is entitled to disclose any personal data to third parties involved in the contest, in order to provide a winner with a prize.

Any information provided to Kind Socks by a contestant must be accurate and complete. Winner(s) of a contest/giveaway will be notified by Kind Socks within 7 days from the date the Contest was completed. Kind Socks may request a winner to provide proof of their identity, before presenting a prize. If a prize includes travel and/or accommodation, for which a passport is required, the winner must own a valid passport to receive the prize. The prize is not awarded if a winner fails this condition.

PRIZE DISTRIBUTION

Prizes shall be distributed only to prize-winners. Prizes will be in the form of Kind Socks products unless otherwise stated. They may not be exchanged or redeemed for equivalent cash value. Upon receipt of the winner’s response to the e-mail informing of their win, Kind Socks will automatically send the prize to the address on file. The prize-winner is responsible for any taxes that may apply to the prize.

JURISDICTION

Kind Socks reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions or terminate the Contest at any time. Kind Socks will post notice of any changes or termination on the Contest website.

By participating in any contests/giveaways administered by Kind Socks, you expressly acknowledge and agree that social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat and Twitter, are in no way responsible, associated or liable for anything related to the contests/giveaways.
