To place an order, go to the product page on KindSockswear.com for the item you’d like to purchase.
Then, select one of the size icons below that to choose which size you’d like. (Be sure to consult our Size Guide first!) Finally, select the quantity you’d like and click ‘Add to Cart.’ This will pull up a Shopping Cart sidebar to show you what you have in your cart.
That sidebar will disappear to allow you to keep browsing, but don’t worry! You can return to it at any time by clicking the Shopping Cart icon at the top right-hand corner of the screen.
Once you’re ready to complete your order, click the yellow ‘Checkout’ button in the Shopping Cart Sidebar.
This will take you to a new page where you’ll enter your contact and shipping information. You’ll also have the option to use Amazon Pay or PayPal at this time. Be sure to apply any gift cards or discount codes you have on the right side of the screen! Once you’re done, click the black button labeled ‘Continue to Shipping.’
Select the shipping method you’d prefer, and click ‘Continue to Payment.’ You’re almost there!
Finally, enter your credit card information, as well as your billing address. You can change any of the information you’ve entered at any time by clicking ‘Card,’ ‘Information,’ ‘Shipping,’ or ‘Payment’ at the top of the screen under the blue ‘Kind Socks’ logo.
Once you’re done, click ‘Complete Order,’ sit back, and await your socks!
Click on the cart icon on the top right corner of the page at any time to view the items in your cart, including the style, color, size, and quantity added. You can continue shopping to add more products to your cart, or click the “checkout” button to proceed to the checkout page. Your cart will update with the cost of your items and let you know how close you are to receiving free shipping worldwide. (when you buy 4 or more socks).
Feel free to add, edit or remove any items in your cart at any time before proceeding to checkout.
Once you’ve clicked on the cart icon on the top right corner of your screen, review the contents of your cart and click "CHECKOUT." Enter your code in the field marked "Discount Code" on the right side of your screen. Click "APPLY" and your discount will be deducted from the total. If you're shopping on your mobile device, you will enter the coupon code on the same screen that you enter your payment method.

We take our customers’ security very seriously. Our website is 100% secure and we follow the same security procedures as all of the big name stores. When credit card information is transmitted to our payment processor, it is done so using SSL encryption.
You can rest assured knowing that we never save payment information from previous orders, nor will we share your information with third parties.
You will only be able to use one coupon code per order. We'd suggest you save the other for a rainy day.
However, you can use a gift card code with a discount code to maximize savings. A discount code will deduct either a fixed amount or percentage from the subtotal of an order. A gift card, on the other hand, works the same as a predetermined cash balance that will be deducted from the grand total in the cart. You can apply both during the checkout process by entering the codes into the Gift Card or Discount Code box.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Product & Sizing
Our socks currently come in two sizes 36 - 40 and 41 - 46.... more sizes coming. Also all our socks our unisex.
Because of the materials we use, your socks will shrink just once—and just a tiny bit—the first time you wash them. After that: never again!
Kind Socks are built tough and built to last. That said, we recommend when you have to wash your socks, do so sensibly:
1. TURN INSIDE OUT Turn the socks inside out
2. RECOMMEND We recommend a washing temperature of 40 ∞C / 104 ∞F.
3. AVOID Avoid bleaching or ironing socks.
4. TAKE YOUR TIME When putting on your brand new pair of Kind Socks, please take time to cut the thread on the label instead of ripping it off, as this will damage the socks.

Our socks are made from 98% GOTs (Global Organic Textile Standard Cotton) and 2% Elastane.

Please note, regardless of the content breakdown, we would never compromise on the socks being ethically made and the quality of our socks, and all Kind Socks and our suppliers go through extensive testing and auditing at every level to ensure the utmost comfort, support, durability and standards are kept. That's where the kindness comes in...

Returns and Exchange
We want you to be as joy wearing your Kind Socks as we are making them. If you'd like to return your Kind Socks, please reach out to us.
Once you speak to Customer Kindness representative about your return or exchange, you’ll receive a return label by email within a few minutes.
Simply print out the label, attach it to a bag with the items you’re returning along with your packing slip (if you still have it), and send it back to us. We should receive it within 5-7 business days.
If you’re returning these items, you’ll see the refund processed 3-5 business days after we receive them.
